World Book Day

Little Stream started the day with a story, as part of our World Book Day activities. Armed with their favourite teddies and wearing their slippers, the children listened to a variety of tales read with gusto by the staff. A perfect way to spend a rainy morning.

So many super outfits were on display in Nash House for World Book Day. Storybooks were brought to life for the children with a brilliant visit from West End in Schools. The Nursery children acted out The Enormous Crocodile, while the Reception children were treated to The Troll drama workshop.

Our Modern Language Seniors were kept busy on World Book Day, reading stories in French to Little Stream. Le Petit Chaperon Rouge ( Little Red Riding Hood) was fun in Year 3, and we enjoyed colouring-in afterwards. A Quiz matching international authors with book titles kept every entertained in Upper School. The Year 8 Spanish group designed some fabulous posters based on characters from Spanish comics.
