‘Heed these words, You who wish to probe the depths of nature: If you do not find within yourself that which you seek, neither will you find it outside. In you is hidden the treasure of treasures. Know Thyself and you will know the Universe and the Gods.’
We seek to excite and inspire investigation and creativity by opening eyes, hearts and minds in the pursuits of knowledge, wisdom and experience. Our children thrive on a curriculum that is carefully designed to provide breadth and depth, enabling each child to discover their strengths and develop their talents here at Dulwich Prep and beyond.
We look to nurture and grow self-confidence, enthusiasm and ambition with integrity and tolerance, and our curriculum offers challenges through which the joy of learning inspires perseverance, determination, maturity and resilience.
We promote physical, emotional, spiritual health and well-being and seek to develop independence, self-discipline, good habits and appreciation of both traditional and innovative approaches to learning. We celebrate and respect individuality, personal achievement and differences as well as the importance of teamwork and the valuable contribution that each child makes to the life of the school and community.
We know we will have succeeded when our children are excited about their futures, their potential and the infinite opportunities through which they can pursue and achieve excellence.
