Our grounds and facilities

We want school to be exhilarating. We want our children to be amazed and amaze, and to participate fully in school life, and our facilities and grounds play an important role to helping us achieve that.

Our buildings are designed specifically around the needs of our twenty-first century children – light, airy, easy to navigate, with the latest technology fully integrated.

Our facilities are superb, allowing our children to explore, experiment and excel wherever their passions and their imaginations take them – whatever the weather!

And our immaculate playing fields sit cheek by jowl with our wilderness wood and nature reserve, inspiring sporting prowess and a love of the outdoors in equal measure.

It’s not unthinkable to witness a WWI poetry-reading battle in a playing field upon entering the school’s fifty acres of grounds, spy a herd of African elephants (Year 2) wandering through the long grasses of the nature reserve, before arriving at Upper School just in time to see our cricket team bowl out the opposing side (graciously of course).

We consider ourselves incredibly lucky.
